Objective: Build a complete brand identity for Static, using only the name as a starting point and a loose direction toward Y2K-inspired aesthetics.

Static was designed as a Y2K inspired streetwear apparel brand. Static needed a brand identity that would speak to customers.
Project Challenge
The main challenge was creating a brand that felt nostalgic without becoming cliché. Y2K and grunge aesthetics are often overused or overly literal, so the goal was to avoid predictable visuals while still capturing the feeling of early digital culture.

The approach was to dive into Y2K style. I needed to ensure we could make this brand feel nostalgic without the overuse of items you see in Y2K branding.

I developed a cohesive brand identity for Static, translating a Y2K-inspired concept into wearable apparel, packaging, and visual assets. The final outcome balances bold, edgy graphics with clean design, resulting in a distinctive, market-ready brand that demonstrates strong concept development, visual consistency, and real-world application.
